Hourly sessions are designed to provide ongoing support in class for teachers.

This can be achieved a number of ways:

​

• Observing the teacher in class and providing constructive feedback.

• Demonstration lessons for teachers, particularly with content they are not confident teaching.

•  Planning lessons with individual teachers and observing/demonstrating/team teaching these lessons.

• Ongoing partnerships with schools, regular scheduled appointments to provide constant communication and support.
